Basic Search
Basic Search allows you to search for a file based on its name or content.
To perform a Basic Search:
- To search within your current directory listing, click on the search button in the top toolbar.
- Enter the word or partial word in the name of the file you wish to find in the All or part of the file name field.
- Select a category by clicking the radio button, if one is assigned to the document being searched for.
- Enter the directory or directory path within My Vault or My Workspaces in which to search. If the exact path is unknown, the user may also "Browse", to a directory to be searched.
- Click "Search".
The search results display a list of the files matching your criteria. From here, you may open the file or perform any other option available to you from the top toolbar.
